Walking together

Explore the local area

Directly adjacent to our park lies the De Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park, one of the most popular walking destinations for dog owners in North Brabant. On the north-western side of the dune area, a vast official off-leash area has been set up. Marked off-leash routes, ranging from around 3.5 to 4.5 kilometres, start from the nearby starting points. Here, dogs can run and romp to their heart’s content through fragrant pine forests and across the hilly, open sand drifts of the ‘Brabant Sahara’.
